Using classic techniques & disciplines, we specialise in ramen made with a broth packed with ingredients and cooked over 24 hrs, bao buns that are soft, fluffy, and packed with flavour, & ever-changing rice and spice bowls, all topped with a plethora of our own handmade sauces that are full of umami.
A 5-minute walk to the ocean and with daily deliveries of ever-changing seasonal fish & seafood straight from the source, we can make your day at the beach even better.
